Review: Game of Thrones (2011)

#GoT. @jusjuel "THREE main female characters raped who weren’t raped in the books. I think I’m done with the show.” IMDB Game of Thrones (2011) Actors: Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage

Review: A Time to Kill (1996)

Sutherland says he believes Bullock (lawyer) should be treated equally, and sends her on an errand to fetch booze. She complies. Judd plays the 'I can't let my man do his racist-shaming, rapist-killer-protection job' trope. Why do Bullock and Judd do this? IMDB A Time to Kill (1996) Actors: Matthew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock Director: Joel Schumacher

Review: Dexter (Series 2006)

I watched Dexter over a while, every episode with no other movie interruptions. I was enthralled but not entirely happy. The following are episodic notes. Dexter continues to offend. She makes excuses for his violations. Dexter continues to offend. So she spoke to him in a normal voice, he violates the custody agreement anyway. Dexter continues to offend. She doesn’t call the police. He’s in her house, she has a restraining order. Dexter, I ‘get’ the code. I like the idea of Repurposing people as fish food. What a great new for a cult. Repurposing. IMDB Dexter (Series 2006) Actors: Michael C. Hall, Jennifer Carpenter
